So this was my experience went to shipping got nice lady and load sheet sent me to building 3 got there nice friendly man gave me a door .. slide wheels back in loaded and gone . This whole procedure was 45 min.. so I had to pull out and finish my 8 2 split.. they said no problem just park out of the way ..

Went to shipping and receiving , they had a bell you had to ring noone came for 15 minutes so I went to the front of the building and there wasn't anyone there either. So I started walking back to shipping and receiving door to try to get someone's attention, and finally some one came and said WE HEARD YOU YOU HAVE TO WAIT TILL SOMEONE COMES. If you have never been there how is the driver that is picking up supposed to know that. There need to be a sign stating we will be there in as long as 15 minutes. And you don't have to... read more

I arrived and followed the signs to S & R office. The young woman was very nice. Checked me in and gave me dock door and directions to the dock. I got docked, and the young gentleman was waiting for me. He loaded me in a short time and came to notify me so I could get the BOLs. Total time in and out, maybe an hour. Great place!
