Original post: My 28 panels worked great for the first 8 years... and then they began to work intermittently due to an Isolation Error. Now they work less than 40% the time. The installer has reached out to Silfab for warrantee instructions, via email and voicemail, and there has been no response in the last 2 weeks. I'd highly recommend you obtain panels from a company willing to stand behind their product - Silfab doesn't seem to be that brand. The worst company to deal with or work for. Abusive work environment and racist HR team. HR commits the most amount of fraud. These people lie to the public about their products. Zero accountability! Stay away from these crooks.
