Extremely disappointing experience at Siles Health. I was clearly told my appointment had been rescheduled, only to later find out there was no booking at all. This was an administrative mistake on their end involving a time-sensitive fertility procedure that must be done within specific cycle days so this is not a minor issue. Horrible experience. After having a HSG here, I developed a severe infection — high fever, extreme pain, and vomiting. When I called for help, the staff just told me to “go see your own doctor” because they couldn’t answer my questions. I ended up in the emergency room. Completely irresponsible and unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Do yourself a favor and avoid Siles. The organisation is highly unprofessional. I’ve been there a couple of times, and the only positive experience I had was with the last sonographer, Megan — she was lovely and did her job well. However, the other sonographers I dealt with, and the organisation itself, ignore referring OBs, send reports to doctors not listed on your referral, and even attached misdiagnosed results to my file. In your most vulnerable moments, the way in which others respond to you is of critical importance. I met Dr Siles in an extremely vulnerable situation and he cared for me with respect, compassion and the most gentle approach. I went from feeling very apprehensive of what was to come, to relaxed and supported. I would have no reservations recommending Dr Siles to anyone needing obstetric or gynaecological care.

The sonographer lady was absolutely lovely and kind, which I really appreciated. But, my overall experience with the clinic wasn’t great. They lost my referrals, and I had issues every time I booked an appointment because of this. Also, keep it mind that if you're expecting physical ultrasound photos, they don’t provide them. They only send the images to your phone which I personally don't like.
