Unfortunately the picket fence that was built for us in our front yard is falling apart after 2 years. Several spots are bent, splitting and pulling away from the posts. We have also had issues with our gate only a few weeks after it was installed. The wood spilt and the gate began to fall off its hinges. We put a gate wheel on ourselves to try to help but eventually all the screws came loose and it fell apart.
