This is the most unprofessional photography and videography company we have ever dealt with. My son-in-law hired them for photos, a livestream, and a highlight video of their wedding reception. They delivered poor quality photos and never provided the highlight video. This is the worst photography/videography company I have ever come across, and I have worked with many very talented photographers/videographers in the past. The only reason we went with them is because we needed services on Christmas Day and no other company was available. We asked them for photos, a highlights video, and livestream. We trusted them & paid them in full to record our wedding reception and provide a 3-5 minutes highlight video. Their quality of photos were very poor. This is by far the worst photography/videography company out there. My brother-in-law and sister hired them, only for them to send me poor quality photos and no highlights video that they were promised. Even after 12 months of waiting and following up with them, they received no updates or solutions or compensation. They kept the full payment and left my sister & brother-in-law without memories of one of the most important days of my life. Stay far away from this company!

This company was such a huge disappointment. We trusted them to capture my daughter’s wedding reception and paid them the full amount for photos, a livestream, and a 3–5 minute highlight video. They sent back very mediocre photos, and even after a year of following up, we still haven’t received the highlight video. I am beyond disappointed and frustrated with this company. We hired them to do the videography for my sister’s wedding reception, a once-in-a-lifetime event that we trusted them to capture. Ten months have passed since the event, and they still haven’t delivered the final video after taking the full payment upfront. Their excuse?
