In response to abey anyone who knows Franklin knows this is not true her mother backed out after engineering plans and time had been spent she claimed she did not have the money to go forward as her kids were supposed to help her and would not as such per the contract her deposit was non refundable after this abbeys husband the son in law called to threaten Franklin so abey live with that
Franklin is great. I've lived off the grid with his solar system that I saved money on for 12 years. He contacts me about new products available. I replaced some old batteries and system is working great! If I have an issue he addresses it quickly. Great solar system.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Franklin Freedman, the owner of this business, is a fraud. He took $3500 from my elderly mother in Boca Raton, and after hanging up on her several times any time she asked him to submit the proper license and insurance info to the Boca Pointe Management Company for 2 months, he refused. Since absolutely NO WORK had been done at her home, she requested her money back, and of course he hung up on her. She sent countless emails, even registered mail.
