He understood exactly what we wanted, and what we didn't want. He didn't try to upsell us on anything, he had an answer for all my questions/concerns, and he just quoted us for what I had asked for. EDIT: April 23, 2024. I called Angie in the office and threatened to change my review to one star for the app on my phone. But leave the 5 star I already had on here for the install. I was joking of course but a phone tutor session was basically worthless for this old man so Austin sent Cam out two days later to assist me. Cam was involved with the install. Had a great experience today with the install of a new and updated camera system. Had Arlo before and I'm glad to be done with them. Austin came out first to look at things with me. He was professional and easy to work with. We came to an agreement on what we needed and he later sent me a quote. Was it cheap? No but factor in the cost of the cameras, labor and so on I believe it was fair. The install was today and completed by Cam and Miguel.
