Awesome company had when for many many years would highly recommend
Looking to switch from another company. Contacted them to get an estimate set up, played phone tag, then never received a follow-up call. Looking at the reviews here, it seems this is a consistent problem. I'm not trusting my security to a company that can't respond.
I wish I could give the review of them I would have several years back as a customer. Sadly, I cannot. Reached out to them in early November 2022 to get an upgraded home security system and "re-up" monitoring (dropped when we were home 24/7 during COVID) after someone attempted to break into our garage.
