Claudemir has worked on two of our homes and each time he does amazing work. I appreciate his communication, attention to detail, and most importantly professionalism. Claudemir painted and did minor repairs to both the house we sold and the condo we purchased. He is extremely meticulous with great attention to detail and will more than you ask. He is reasonably priced and sticks to the schedule. Claudemir will be back in the fall to refinish/repaint our kitchen cabinets. Andreia and her associate are equally meticulous cleaners and a great value.
