When you see the PAIN CARE? Those 2 words should mean somethin. Right? I was at another Pain Care place and those words ended up being horrible. Depressing. On PA couln' t be found and I and other patients were waiting over an hour. No explanation. There were other experiences. Dr. Silberberg is AMAZING and those 2 words pain care? They sincerely mean something. He listens. He works so hard to make your quality of better!. His entire staff? The most caring staff I have ever come across anywhere!!! Dr. Silberberg is awesome! He and his team go above and beyond to make sure you feel safe and taken care of. I have a disc issue in my neck that just keeps getting better and better. I have had epidurals and injections, both have helped tremendously! The staff is so sweet and everyone is always smiling! Sarah is awesome and makes you feel like a friend. The Doctor seems very rushed in his office or Surgical Center. Hard to ask any questions. No after hours phone service.
I have been a patient of Dr. Silberberg's for many months now and I couldn't be happier with him and his staff! Phone calls are returned quickly, I have rarely had a long wait for an appointment because they were running behind schedule, my questions are answered in detail (and repeatedly if necessary), and ... first and foremost ... I am treated with respect, my pain is acknowledged, and I am NOT treated like a drug-seeker.
