We hired SilBar Security for the Horisons summer program in Norfolk. We had an excellent experience with daily coverage with a team of four or five officers, who arrived on time and remained accessible during the entire shift and provided outstanding responsiveness to our staff. We highly recommend this company.
My typical work day was driving 150+ miles a shift, going to multiple accounts. I had to utilize a lot of customer service to make sure all apartment residents are safe and handle calls of loud music. The corporate office staff was great, and all of the co workers seem pretty cool. The hardest part of the job was making sure that each property was taken care of, and a patrol report was properly made. The best part of the job was driving some pretty sweet patrol cars.
