All round pleasant visit. The waiting room is beautifully lit with natural light and has a comfortable feel to it. Reception staff are really lovely. The Dentist and Nurse are both so gentle and patient and don’t push to do unnecessary treatment. They are always on time too! Always a great experience visiting Silas St.
A pleasant clinic and a very gentle filling replacement by Gary. Bupa covered almost all of the cost.
Had a great experience here. Ive needed a night guard since I was a kid and have gone through tons of them, but I've been struggling to find one that was durable and comfortable over the years. So far this is the most comfortable one I've had. The dentist was super understanding and helped me without issue to make sure the mouthguard was exactly the right fit.
My experience here has been good, other than them sending a referral with my details onto another clinic for a specific treatment without my permission, and without even informing me, even though there are plenty of other cheaper clinics around. And then that referral clinic continues to try to contact you incessantly to try to get you to book in for their ridiculously overpriced treatment. Makes me think there must be a deal going on between the 2 clinics
