I wish I could give them more than five stars! The technician, Miguel, arrived right on time and treated my home with care and respect. He did an outstanding job deep cleaning my recliner, couch, and carpets, making sure every spot and stain was removed. Even after almost a week, there’s still no sign of any pet odors coming back. I have always received excellent carpet cleaning service. The team arrives on time for both pick up and delivery, and my carpets always come back looking fresh and spotless. They also go above and beyond—helping wrap carpets for storage and even assisting with moving furniture so they can take the rugs out for cleaning. When we came back to our home in Hopedale, we discovered water damage in the bedroom and bathroom carpeting. We thought we would need to replace the carpet because it looked badly damaged. I tend to be a very detail-oriented and particular person, so I’m not easily impressed.
