They did a great job cleaning my large rug, and the staff is very friendly and professional. I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement: 1. The pricing is based on the size of the rug, but I think it would be better if the actual size was calculated instead of just rounding up. It felt a bit unfair to see the price increased right in front of me when it could have been more accurately determined. I recently had a wonderful experience with a local carpet cleaning service that also handles tile grout cleaning. Wow! They did an incredible job on my carpets and my dirty white tile and grout. It’s amazing how clean everything looks now! The technician, Luis, was fantastic! I am very happy with the work done by Silas & Sons Carpet Cleaners. The pathway in my master bedroom was quite dirty, and a previous carpet cleaning service didn’t do a thorough job at all. The cleaner rushed through and didn’t even bother to move any furniture. I was disappointed! However, I’m so glad I found Silas & Sons, as Miguel took his time and really worked hard to get rid of the dirt. He also cleaned the stairs, and they look fantastic too. I will definitely choose them for my future carpet cleaning needs.
