I can’t say enough good things about the team that came to clean the carpets in my new home. They spent the whole day working hard on the carpets, tile, and hardwood floors. i had a really great experience with silas & sons carpet cleaners. the person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. miguel came out the same day i called to check out a big carpet stain i had made in my stairwell. he worked on it right away and then came back the next day with a stronger carpet cleaning solution. even though the stain had been there a while, he did everything possible to help. i could tell they truly care about doing a good job and making customers happy. i was surprised by how much effort was put in a... read more

miguel is the best! we’ve had him come to our place in hopedale to clean our carpets and rugs a couple of times, and it’s honestly a real pleasure each time. he’s friendly, thoughtful, and always goes the extra mile. he pays close attention to every spot and works hard, saying he wants the carpets to be spotless, especially since we have young kids. after he’s done, the carpets and rugs look almost brand new. what really stands out is how he offers to clean extras like seat cushions, bath mats, and even our nursery chair, al... read more
