So freaking delicious. I first had Silas over a year ago while randomly visiting the city. Today I met friends nearby and after we parted I remembered Sila’s must be close by so I quickly made my way back salivating on memories from the year before. Lived up to memories and look forward to more trips here whenever I’m in the neighborhood. Everything- bases, proteins and toppings are all 10 stars- you can’t go wrong no matter what you pick.
I love the food here, but I hate that the portion size depends on the employee's mood. I order food here regularly, and sometimes the portions are tiny. This was a $16 bowl—and I hadn't even taken a single bite yet.
