I've repeatedly asked to communicate via email. I get called when I am working. I cannot take a phone call in the middle of work due to the nature of my job. Then I call back when I can and can only get to voicemail. My communication preferences on State Farm's website are set to email for all options, including agent communications, yet when I send emails, I never get email responses, only phone calls. Most of you that see my reviews knows that I'm just so impressed after moving from Philadelphia Pa. my native home of mostly good memories😊 to Ohio, the Shaker Heights area outside of Cleveland. I have met some amazing people I can't help myself because it is the truth and Sarah my agent is on that list. It feels great to be covered with the right insurance for my condo!
