3/11/2026 Tim Morrison came to do my routine maintenance on my HVAC system. Tucker a salesman was with him. Tucker was the one to do ALL of the talking saying my system was a old... Tim didn't talk much I watched him as he opened my furnace and disconnect some wires I asked Tim why he said he was checking them out. My problem was a dripping kitchen faucet, and I had the necessary replacement parts to fix it. I called Sila because of the excellent service we had previously received. That was not the case when I asked Sila for a plumber to install my replacement parts. The technician who came to our house seemed unhappy to be there and I thought him a bit surly.
