Super disappointed in this company. Used them in the past - they were quick and fair. Called them for a leaking HVAC and they misdiagnosed the problem, indicating a $14k new HVAC as the solution, never followed up, and billed me. When I called to ask about why I never received a follow up to discuss the diagnosis and solution, they indicated it was their fault but took no financial responsibility, asking when I was planning to pay the bill. Of course the A/C goes out when it’s hottest! They were booked for Friday and Saturday but we were away camping anyway, so waiting for a Monday appointment wasn’t a big problem. Our tech was coming between 1 and 5 and he arrived around 3. He pretty quickly identified the problem and though a total repair wasn’t immediately available, he got the system back running and gave the estimate for the repair.
