This location needs lots of improvement when it comes to packaging. 1) THE USE OF PLASTIC BAGS Hey you know what's smart? Placing 30+pounds worth of items inside a platic bag with NO HEAVY LABELS. 2) 80% of packages leaving this warehouse are MISLABELED. The app tells me to look for a "Customized Box" when whole time its packaged inside an Amazon Envelope. Arrived on time but not in time for license scan.. Lady in safety lied and said they "can't" help drivers scan their license who missed the 10 minute window, guess she just hates drivers and doesn't want to perform that part of her job description. Another manager would've helped but by that time 15 minutes had passed.
