Avoid like the plague. Cristian has messed us and our money around for weeks now after we requested to cancel (with more than enough notice to avoid the 48 hour window for a cancellation fee). Numerous requests for refunds have been met with shady responses and generally is just avoiding paying us back out money (and now avoiding our phone calls). Trading Standards will now be involved Don't make the same mistake we did.Â
Absolutely abysmal company, used steam cleaning without any detergent, didn't even wipe down counter. Look at reviews on Google to see pictures, avoid at all costs.Â

DO NOT USE! 🚫🚫🚫 This is a far from professional service and even further away from offering a deep clean. We booked in an oven, dishwasher and washing machine deep clean service. The oven still had burnt on grease all over the back and sides (I was told this couldn’t be removed, however after googling I found this is quite a simple thing to do for professionals). The dishwasher hadn’t been touched..still food and residue all around it. Also the washing machine hasn’t been cleaned either, it was fairly clean to begin with ... read more
