I’m reaching out to report extremely disturbing behavior from one of your drivers. There was an incident on the freeway where another vehicle attempted to pass him. The driver appeared to become angry, and after getting off the freeway, he began yelling racial slurs at the other person, repeatedly using the N-word. I was having a new washer and dryer installed. The washer couldn’t be installed until the hot and cold valves were replaced. I called Sikma and their installer was here within the hour ! Can’t get service quicker than that ! Excellent customer service !

Called Sikma first thing on a Monday morning after not having hot water over the weekend. Was quickly connected with a technician who gathered my information. We talked about the plan and he showed up at my house a few hours later w/the necessary parts. Brandon was FANTASTIC. Fixed my water heater and walked me through what he did in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some maintenance tips which I never knew about.
