Called Sikma first thing on a Monday morning after not having hot water over the weekend. Was quickly connected with a technician who gathered my information. We talked about the plan and he showed up at my house a few hours later w/the necessary parts. Brandon was FANTASTIC. Fixed my water heater and walked me through what he did in a way that I could understand. He also gave me some maintenance tips which I never knew about. My toilet was leaking and kitchen faucet with sprayer was leaking. Brandon promptly diagnosed the tank seals. As the kitchen faucet was very dated, we decided to install a new one. Perfect!

We had a low water pressure problem in our shower/bath combo. It was alot of work to find the issue. But they Found it Fixed it and did a wonderful job. Cleaned up after themselfs. Explained everything they were doing along the way, since they had to troubleshoot the problem. I was very impressed and Look forward to working with Brandon Again there.
