I went as a new patient visit recently. I would give zero stars if I could, them having 4.7 stars is definitely not accurate. I had an appt at this office in mid March 2023. I had confirmed multiple times that the office and my provider took my new insurance. a few weeks after the visit I got a bill for the full amount of the visit ($375 which is a lot). After many unsuccessful calls to the front desk I was able to get through to someone (maybe 2-3 weeks later as their hours on Google/their now non functioning website do not match when they're actually open). Worst doctor to go to , i used the doc for blood work and primary care and they used there own blood work company and billed me over what a normal primary doc charges while my insurance covers entire doc trip and they are the first doc i have used in state with same insurance and put 100 of dollars saying its deductable They are bunch of crooks , cheap docs , STAY AWAY FROM.THIS PLACE ITS FAKE DOCTORS
Had a new patient appointment almost weeks ago. Was in the waiting room for an hour and a half before I saw the doctor. Did blood work I was told he won’t be in the office till February and the nurse would call me the following week to discuss results. I have let to hear from the office. I have called and left messages. And there is no way to speak to someone at the front desk. All you can do is leave messages and hope they call back.
