They did not upload results till today and it’s been 7 days. Very very unprofessional behavior.
Terrible communication and transparency. Very unorganized. Went to get a clinical health form to fill out which he approved. Drew my blood to then tell me the rest wasn’t covered by insurance and stated that wasn’t his problem. Also, the receptionist forgot to give back my ID and insurance card which took a week to get in contact with them to get it back.
Reports takes more than 3 days to be updated in the portal & this time frame is not acceptable.
NP Ibitola is really warm and has great bedside manner. I have a pleasant experience with each visit. He actually noticed something that prior MDs didn't, by doing a complete physical. Don't sleep on Nurse Practitioners, I find them to be more caring than some MDs. The receptionist is also nice and helpful.
I went as a new patient visit recently. The office atmosphere is well and good and provider is also well and knowledgeable especially I like more in this office front desk as well as nurse Ms. praiya she's very charming and very good at her professional and knowledgeable. first time when I went she takes my bp was high I got panicked and then she makes me calm and relax patiently, After I getting calm she checked another time my BP was normal not only that with her sweet voice when she tells about that I don't feels like I a... read more
