If I could give minus stars I would was seen first time by a relative of mine who needed new primary Dr, Dr or nurse practitioner he saw was beyond rude and unprofessional refusing to help in any regard never ever heard of potential patient being treated that way if I had known I would of never made the appt for him shame on them
Doctor and reception are nice, but they are administratively poor. I can’t have my report unless I keep calling them for it. There’s 40 dollars copay for the follow up visit of annual checkup.
They did not upload results till today and it’s been 7 days. Very very unprofessional behavior.
Terrible communication and transparency. Very unorganized. Went to get a clinical health form to fill out which he approved. Drew my blood to then tell me the rest wasn’t covered by insurance and stated that wasn’t his problem. Also, the receptionist forgot to give back my ID and insurance card which took a week to get in contact with them to get it back.
