I wanted to share how grateful I am for the care my daughter received today. This was our first visit, and the experience was truly everything I’ve been looking for. Dr Backus was extremely calm, patient, and thorough. She explained every step clearly, made sure I understood what was happening, and never rushed us. What stood out most was how hands‑on she was. I have been bringing my children with Dr. SIKIRA BACKUS for the longest, my oldest is 10 and my youngest is 3, she’s the best and we all love her . She’s cheerful and always making the kids feel at ease when checking them up. Very intelligent and I was so happy she caught my youngest daughter was autistic at early age and now with therapy she’s doing so much better.
Over 3 hours for an routine appointment that was scheduled for 3pm didn't get seen until hours later an disappointing and unfortunate experience
