Very awesome solution after I tried other vendors HDMI solutions that failed. Erick, at SIIG provided awesome technical support and I am so pleased with his knowledge and advice. Product never fully worked as described. When I reach out to customer service, I was offered a replacement. Replacement never arrived. Subsequent follow up call resulted in no action. Very disappointed.
