I was scolded more than a few times by the medical assistant/nurse in Dr Sharmas office while I was crying and grieving over the recent loss of my Mom and not thinking as clearly as i should; My Mom passed away less than a month ago and this woman was talking to me like I was a child and raising her voice at me!
