Super unprofessional. She wanted me to text her the specs for the print job, so I asked for her name. She refused to spell it and then lectured me about why her name wasn’t important. She not only lost the sale over something trivial as not wanting to give her name, but then text me a rude message for no reason. I’d highly not recommend dealing with this person.
