This company is extremely lucky I cannot leave zero stars. It’s the Eve of Thanksgiving and this is the service you’re providing to customers? I called for service, didn’t get an answer but received an automated text reply. Asked for availability and provided my tire size. I was told that a technician would arrive in 1.5 hours. I strongly caution anyone from using this company. I paid nearly $200 for a tire replacement and was shocked to learn they put on a used tire. Within a week that tire went flat again. When I called for help, the owner refused to repair or replace it without charging me even more. This feels like a deliberate scam, installing faulty used tires so customers have to keep coming back and paying again. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a tire service. They came out, looked at my tire, and told me it was punctured. They said they fixed it and put it back on, but as soon as I drove my car, I realized the problem was still there. When I called them back, they suddenly told me I needed to replace the whole tire.
