Panels are super noisy in the wind. Asked Sigora to check the installation and they demanded $350 prepayment. They do not stand behind their installation, they just cash the check and you're on your own.

We had solar panels from Sigora installed in 2019. We have not had a problem until last month. When I got my electric bill I noticed they were not producing. I have been trying for the last 2 weeks to have someone from there to come and repair the system. I have called multiple times with no response. When I emailed customer service I did finally get a response and was told someone would be here on Friday. No one came or called. Super happy with my solar system. I don't have to use electricity from the power company anymore. So far I've produced it all from my panels. There is no money down and the payments are cheap compared to what I was giving Dominion Energy. Very pleased with everything from start to finish. Getting Dominion to cooperate with the swap was the longest part but that was out of SIgora's hands. Even more reason to ditch the power company :)

Very impressed by the design and installation of the system by Sigora Solar. We have just finished the energy efficiency evaluation with Aubrey Hughes and his team. They were friendly, knowledgeable and importantly worked hard to reduce the energy consumption in our home. Overall I am very happy with the end product and how the process was performed. When asked who installed our solar system I have no problems recommending Sigora Solar.

It has been almost one year since we had our solar system installed. Our salesperson Sam Kirsch was outstanding. The installation team was also outstanding. We thought we were working with a great company however we were sadly mistaken. Our solar system has fallen way short of the expectations promised. We expected a 95 percent energy independence however to date we are only 49 percent independent. As a result, we are currently paying way more for electric than before we purchased our solar system. Sigora installed the panels quickly. However, I have been waiting months for them to coordinate with the power company so the solar panels could actually provide power. Over the last month I have sent multiple emails and gotten no reply to any of them. The power company completed their work last week and I notified Sigora. There has still been no communication from Sigora and my panels are still not functional. Sigora Solar has done an exceptional job keeping us updated on our installation progress. Everything our representative, James I., told us was true and so far we are very pleased we made the decision to go with Sigora.
