Prices are great and clear! Evelyn was so amazing at explaining everything we needed to know, knew everything we asked and there was no pressure from her at all.
I can not thank these ladies enough. I have always dealt with specsavers. My glasses broke and I only had one contact in my bag so I went to specsavers and they would not help because my script had expired 2 months before. They would not fit me in. I have very bad eye sight and I had my young baby with me and they would not help. I had no way to get home. Great experience. The service was helpful, kind and efficient.
I had a pair of Ray Ban sunnies, where one of the screws had dropped off. I went to a number of places but all said they do not have that screw size. The lady at SGIO Willetton truly went outside the box and service - she also did not have the correct size but she cut the screw to fit my sunnies, and said that was the best she could do. Truly excellent service and did it so cheerfully. So thank you. Highly recommended.
