SignZoo, buyer beware. Last year I hired SignZoo to wrap a vehicle. About a month ago I noticed the window decal was peeling off. I contacted them and was told that the 1 year warranty would not be honored because it was within one month of expiration. I contacted the good folks at PTN for help. They have made a tepid effort to help me but so far SignZoo has chosen to ignore my numberous communications.
My dealings with this company have been absolutely awful! I have never been talked to with such disrespect and profanity by another "business owner" ever, sales guy Jason is as bad and mouthy as the owner, they charge for a so called professional installation so you expect a flawless instal, not bubbles, wrinkle and tares all over the place. Bottom line, go anywhere BUT here, they don't know how to treat customers and they charge for a professional service they don't have.
