The shop was really clean and the braids they did for me are very neat. I am very tender headed and my stylist was very gentle even without me having to say anything. I will be returning!

I loved getting my hair done here. A lady named Grace did my small box braids and she was very quick and polite. It’s also a clean environment. Definitely coming back.
If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I scheduled an appointment 2 days in advance, but unfortunately no one showed up. My calls and texts went unanswered, which was disappointing and an inconvenience due to my appointment being scheduled for 7am. I hope they can improve communication with clients moving forward because now I have to figure out what to do with me & my daughter’s hair & school starts in 2 days. Poor service. Ladies don’t waste your time!!!!!
Initially I was excited to book due to the reviews yet my experience left me dissatisfied. I notified the braider as she was doing my hair that my natural hair is visible through the twist. She fixed a few and kept going. I then notified the owner and she was very apologetic and set a date and time to redo my hair. Well that day came and i got no response.
