I typically do not write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience. My husband and I visited Signs To Go, excited to purchase stickers for our new boat. The initial interaction was pleasant. Kalysa provided a sheet on the counter for us to select a style. When I pointed out a particular option, Kalysa responded in a dismissive tone, stating, "You have to pick a font first." She hadn't offered any guidance and just placed the sheet on the counter. Kalysa was awesome helping us with our sign needs.
Unfortunately, I have not had a positive experience with Signs to Go. I first contacted them back in early February about pinstriping the vehicle I had just bought, and drove down to get an estimate (I live by Baraboo). The owner, Dan, took a look and we came up with a couple of good ideas. Afterwards I emailed him a couple times w/additional questions and thoughts on moving forward, but he didn't reply to my last message. They did an incredible job on my truck and were great to work with.
