Installation team was friendly, professional and did a great job - especially Will. They even followed up on adding some drywall (I thought was just going to remain open) to a hole above the inside panel box.
SolarLink did a great job with the installation and the Sales Rep Michelle is top notch. She kept me informed throughout the process and promptly answered all my questions. Any issue during or after the installation was resolved with Michelle's support.

However, I paid my project in full and on time, but to my surprise the subcontractor Greentech Renewables placed a lien on my property. SolarLink resolved the issue within 40 days. The mechanic lien situation is the reason I took off 2 stars.
Originally I had given a great review of SolarLink but to my surprise couple of weeks ago I got a letter from Greentech Renewables stating a lien had been put on my property due to SolarLink missing a payment. Of course, I reached out to SolarLink to resolve this situation but until now this issue is still pending. For this reason, I no longer recommend SolarLink.
The sales rep Michelle was always prompt to answer all my questions and worked directly with the owner to match an offer I got from another solar company. The installation was supposed to happen within 30 days. However, there was shortage of Tesla battery and I was offered the option to wait a little longer until they could restock or to have a Point Guard battery installed (no additional costs) in a shorter time frame, which I preferred since I wanted my system installed before the end of the year.
