Very nasty customer service. Lady on the phone was very rude and belittling when speaking to my manager. And denied it after the fact.

I called this place to request nature of payment as an office manager for my boss. I was being extremely polite to the woman that was on the phone and dismissed her multiple side comments, scoffs and sarcastic laughs through out our conversation. I was answering all the questions she was asking me and asked her just to give me a minute to acquire additional details that she asked me for.
