VERY disappointing experience. Travis never took the time to explain the process and created a sign in pieces versus creating a vector file to display the total shop window. Both he and Brian (shop owner) expected us to be experts on sign creation, which we thought was their job. Once the mistake was uncovered rather than helping us, they became arrogant and hostile.
