I have an urgent need for a simple sign (just words) and I placed the order on Thur morning expecting to get it Friday afternoon for my customer's visit on Saturday. I was told I would receive the email for the design on Thur and should be able to print it on Fri morning. I checked my email often on Thur and did not get it. I called and nobody answered the phone.
