I have an urgent need for a simple sign (just words) and I placed the order on Thur morning expecting to get it Friday afternoon for my customer's visit on Saturday. I was told I would receive the email for the design on Thur and should be able to print it on Fri morning. I checked my email often on Thur and did not get it. I called and nobody answered the phone. I have had multiple experiences with Signs by Tomorrow, but unfortunately, every order I have placed has had problems. This time, it has been too much to handle. I placed my order over a week ago, but it is still not ready. They take a long time to complete orders, and even after clarifications, they often make mistakes. I only dealt with Hayley, but she is the worst employee to deal with.
