I have been coming to sognorelis since they first opened. I ordered a focaccia sandwich today and for the price I was so disappointed with the size. They are getting smaller and smaller by the week. Please respect your customers. Picture makes it look bigger.
Friendly but slow service after a bit of a queue (not sure why, cafe was fairly empty). Flat white was disappointing no art, little milk texture and not an awful lot of taste either - Also served in a paper cup. Simply doesn’t justify the over �4 cost. Also a bit scruffy throughout especially outdoor. As a plus, nice spot to sit and people watch.
Very amazing atmosohere
Chai latte is truly excellent, but very long wait time for a to go drink. Staff working hard but need more team members to cope with the demand. Wouldn’t stop me queuing again for the chai!!
I always enjoy coming to this coffee shop, but what really makes the experience special is the excellent service. Nathan, in particular, is a fantastic member of the team. He is always incredibly kind, attentive and welcoming, and takes real care when preparing the coffee. His friendly approach and consistently great service make every visit that little bit better. He’s a real credit to the team!
