This company is the developer of the commons of lake Houston and monopolizes the HOA here to where the homeowners have very little to any say in who is elected to the board and what decisions are made. The board is an absolute joke and sadly includes very unprofessional people. If this is a reflection of how they do business, I definitely would not recommend working with them. This beautiful neighborhood is badly tainted and overshadowed by the drama and mismanagement of its HOA.
Excellent quality custom home builder! A must see!
I would never recomend anyone to use them. Very poor quality work. They build homes with cheapest material "junk" and refuse to fix anything. They try to cover everything up and lie to there customers. Horrible experience.
