I helped with a last minute closing that had some bumps along the way with the lender, and Signing Services of America stood by me and made sure I got paid for what was agreed upon!
Love partnering with SSofA, they answer any questions that I may have had they responded quickly. No problems with receiving timely payments. Very professional company and look forward to partnering with them again in the future.
Completed a signing for this company. I had to ask for payment no response. Then after several attempts they sent me an echeck which my bank returned unpaid so they issued a bad check. Reached out many more times all i get are responses for the staff asking accounting to look into then radio silence again. Sent a letter through the mail it was returned post office stating no such number and i sent it to the address on their goggle business profile. I'm a notary. They paid me for a job and the check bounced. I have been trying to communicate with them since and they do not respond. Very disappointing. If you pay me I will remove this review. Also, I am going into my network of notaries to advise them of my experience. I'm glad you reached out. My frustration is no one bothered to respond to my requests to simply inform me that something was being done. I will remove this post in the near future.
I’ve done 3 signings so far as a notary with this company. SSA has been great to work with, and when I was having an issue with reconciling my payments they worked with me to get the information needed to resolve my records.
