Alex is always reliable, knowledgeable, and takes great pride in his work. Our pool always looks clean, clear, and well maintained thanks to him. He’s also friendly, professional, and always willing to answer any questions we have. We truly appreciate Alex and the great job he does—highly recommend!
Was at our pool, watched a kid make a small attempt at cleaning half the rim of the pool. There are floating bugs, live bugs living in our community pool, and it was left filthy. A call was made, and a few moments later a Manager called me and informed me a Manager was being dispatched. Not 30 minutes later, Mat was there, very apologetic. Cleaned our pool, and gave me his personal cell if ever this happened again. Well done Signet! THAT is what Customer Service should be!!

Signet has been servicing my place of work for a good while now. Though there's been some obstacles in the past, they always have a solution for it. Alberto being our most recent pool service tech has been attentive to keeping our Spa, Lap pool, and resort pool up to standards. If anything every arises, he lets us know right away and gets on the phone with his service department to further assess situations at hand. Had a very informative talk with Hunter while he was cleaning the pool at IslandWalk at West Villages. It was so pleasant to listen to his knowledge of swimming pools. It was also nice to see a young person take his job/career seriously. He was very nice to talk to and he is an asset to your company
