Signet takes VERY good care of our pool here at the Residence Condominiums. Rachel, Rome, Mike, and the rest of their team epitomize high quality customer service. Our pool has never looked better. I can confidently recommend Signet to any association who is looking for a professional pool service and repair provider.
Staff was very helpful and informative about concrete and fiberglass pools. They did not try and persuade one or the other. Very honest and straightforward about scheduling and costs.
I recommend this company to everyone for their residential pools. Joe is very knowledgeable and helpful. I suggest the pool school to learn all about your pool, Joe will come out to your pool and share his years of experience. The store has lots of chemicals to help you get your pool in tip-top shape. They refill chlorine for cheap, instead of swapping jugs; stores that swap will eventually lead to an old jug breaking, and chlorine everywhere is not good. We absolutely can not say enough good things about Matt and Joe. Our pool was a complete mess and our previous pool company didn't care enough to fix the algea problem so we haven't been able to use our pool since September 2023. We hired Signet at the end of June 2024 and our pool is back to normal and ready for the 4th. Matt and Joe came out numerous times to get the pool up and running and we are so happy.
