Time will tell about continued satisfaction, however I can say Zales/Signet finally did the right thing with my situation. BACKSTORY: In August, I took my wife’s engagement ring to Zales to send off for repairs to replace 3 small diamonds that were missing. We have all of our diamond jewelry bonded with Zales.
