Company took all my remaining items the last day of my Lease Agreement in Kent, my lease ends July 31st, rent was always paid so this is not an Eviction complaint. Do not trust Signet Management, they stole dozens of items such as my vacuum, all my food and even setup a move-in for the very next day. In the photos you can see the cabinets and closets I still had items in as well as the move-in inspection and mail keys placed by them for the next person.
I’ve lived in the Euclid3 apartments for a couple years now. Management is prompt and available, but the buildings themselves are very poorly maintained and have constant circuit issues, mold (!) in the bathrooms, and a lot of allergens in the air, among other issues. That said, after hours maintenance is prompt and Matt was wonderful on dispatch.
