These people are awful. They don't have Photoshop, and can't open PSD files reliably. I'm pretty sure I recall correctly that the software they use is Corel. They ask for PDF or GIF formats, and one or two others I don't recall.. I asked how many dpi they needed for a 8'x3' full-color sign. They told me at least 300. So, I created these enormous files, dealt with saves that took minutes, etc. First they couldn't even access the USB drive I brought them. Great people I totally appreciate this company the y donated to a great cause and I am excited to say that there prices are awesome. Friendly staff and I enjoy talking with the owner, once again they are a great friendly staff!
