Very pleasant and professional. It was so nice to be able to complete the paperwork in our home. The representative called in advance to schedule our appointment time, and called to confirm the time was still good for us on the morning of closing. The representative was on-time and very knowledgeable about the documents we needed to sign. She answered all of our questions, and verified all of the documents were completed before leaving. Very happy with this service.
Our notary Lisa Hall arrived a few minutes early for our appointment at 10 am, which is great because if you’re early, you’re on time. She had everything organized and explained each document to us. She also gave us time to review each document prior to signing. We had 150 pages to review/sign and the entire process took less than an hour. Very professional and kept to the timeline. Highly recommended and would use again if necessary.
She was able to get out to me in eagle river quickly with great communication, I highly reccoment this company.
