I buy property all across the Southeast and utilize notaries for having deeds and contracts signed and Nancy was the most professional and organized I've used to date. I called other notaries and many were hesitant of the job scope (having seller sign deed, scanning, mailing to county, etc). Nancy was not phased by this and she did everything very efficiently.
