I had an excellent experience working with Christina. She was very professional, patient, and knowledgeable, making the whole process of filling out my forms smooth and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was completed correctly. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a friendly and approachable attitude. I highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a reliable notary.
I placed a deposit for an appointment with the understanding that I would receive the services promised. Unfortunately, she was unable to provide the assistance I sought. After our phone conversation, and with written proof via messages, she assured me that my deposit would be refunded. Despite these assurances, I never received the refund.
