Absolutely horrific experience. The check in experience is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Pathetic. People are sick and not feeling well, maybe the people behind the desk could check you in, like a normal urgent care. EDIT: Your copy and paste reply mean absolutely nothing to me. I’ll continue to tell everyone I know to avoid this place.

As a severe asthmatic, I have times when getting my next breath is a very scary experience. The staff here ALWAYS helps me stay calm and VERY well taken care of every single time. Their compassion and thoroughness NEVER waiver. I HIGHLY recommend Signature for any situation.

If I could give em 0 stars I would. Had the worst experience both times we came and don’t even get me started on the hell they put my family through over false accusations. NEVER BRING ANYONE YOU CARE ABOUT TO THIS PLACE. 0/5 stars! A lot of the reason they have good reviews is because they’ll give you a gift card if you give em a good review by the way!
