That single star you see it's because it's needed for the post, because I will not give them any. I went there with a chest pain in an afternoon 3 weeks ago and now they are charging me $2k for the 3 hours visit saying that it's a Hospital facility, not an urgent care facility. I consider this a scam, because those facilities are nothing close to a Hospital. Before their name changed, it was an Urgent Care facility. Very dissapointed with Medical City Lewisville.

Parents, please BE AWARE: We took our 8-year-old to Medical City ER Cross Timbers in Lewisville, TX for leg pain after being assured a children’s doctor was available. Instead, staff rushed him into X-rays, multiple blood and urine tests, and IV fluids without any doctor evaluating him first. The doctor then insisted on an emergency ambulance transfer to Cook Children’s, claiming possible infection and liver/kidney problems, pressuring us to agree.
