Many thanks to David and Chad for taking such good care of my husband in the ER. They were both so kind, patient, and considerate. They answered all of my questions and made us feel cared for during a stressful time. We really appreciated their help and kindness.
ER from hell! 1 - They injected my son with IV that came out of their refrigerator without warming it up. My son went into convulsion while the doctor was relaxed elsewhere in his seat. It seemed like he did not understand (or downplayed) the risk to which my son was subjected. 2 - They sent us two invoices; one for $400 where our deductible is $350, another one for $921 for whatever reason. Aetna told us that we are only responsible for $350. Heard of overbilling?! I'll never use this medical center again.
