EVERYTHING WAS FINE EXCEPT FOR THE SIGN IN PROCEDURE IT WAS REALLY DUMB. WOULD HAVE TAKEN A REAL PERSON A MINUTE TO CHECK IN A PATIENT.
Came here for a small emergency for my brother and received Kind and compassionate care. Dr Das & Sunil were truly trying to help us in every way they could. It was such a blessing to never feel like an inconvenience, but that they actually cared about what was going on with us. Thank you so much to this team!
My received excellent care when visiting Medical City ER Cross Timbers. The check in process was fast and easy and the staff and doctor were great!
Worst experience. They charge you so much for nothing. I already paid $1,008 to Medical City, and the doctor sent me another bill for $70. The medication that was given to me did not work at all. And I had the worst experience.
