Returned here for my second ER Visit of the day for the same issue. Dr. Jeannette Was HORRIBLE. Immediately dismissive of my concerns despite me following their medical advice to come back if the pain persisted. She was so unprofessional when I asked her to run any testing that was missed. She literally smacked her teeth as if I was personally bothering here. Ultimately, the additional testing uncovered the sole cause of my pain and I now have to have surgery. The staff on Wednesday the 16th were phenomenal!! I was in absolute agony when I arrived and everyone was so caring and friendly. I greatly appreciate everyone that helped me that day.
