This place is horrible. When it was signature, they treated you with respect, compassion, real care. This Paris Regional urgent Care is absolutely ridiculous. They do not take you seriously. I was degraded by staff, made to feel like I was overreacting even though I was given medical advice that my situation was absolutely a medical emergency. SCAM Alert. There is an active billing scam associated with what was previously "SignatureCare Emergency Services Westchase", Houston, TX. I visited the facility after flying with stopped up ears last November. They tried flushing both ears with warm water without any apparent effect. The total time in the facility was about 1 hour. They gave me a couple of prescriptions and a bill for $300.00, which wasn't cheap but wasn't outrageous for an emergent care doc in the box. Went to this facility in September 2021. Covid related issues. They gave me an IV, chest xray and mri. They wanted to put me in the hospital. At that time my bill was approximately $1,300. In October of 2023, I returned to the same facility and received similar services. However, I now just received a bill for over $27,000.

This place is awful, it's just a money grab! They don't care about helping people, they just want to run up a large bill.

Do not go to this ER if you are in an accident. They won't send you a bill, they will discourage you from using your insurance and then they will attach a lein on any judgements you get from tge insurance company. They don't even give you a chance to settle your account and you can't fight how much the bill is because they never send it.

1st visit on recommendations from my wife’s doctor to get Covid-19 tested there was ok … 2nd visit on urgent care business on Saturday, January 8th, 2022 was a complete flob as far as we are concerned!

i had an Asthma attack, the nurse (spanish speaker) was very rude, the doctor didn't want to nebulize me, when they took my blood, they broke my veins and left my arm very injured, and for eat they give me water an a horrible cracker (you will pay about 5000 $ in your insurance). I still have trouble breathing and chest pain. You are literally going to pay to get out of the emergency worse.
