My experience with Signature title was one I'll never forget to say the least. Completely unprofessional and I'll even say unethical. I had dealt with Katrina, who had every opportunity to fix this issue and make things right, yet decided not to, which has now led to this becoming a court issue to get my earnest money returned. There are other title companies in Clarksville, and I would strongly suggest anyone reading this to use ANY other company other than Signature title.
