I have used SEVERAL title companies to close on properties throughout the years... my only complaint is I wish I would have found Signature Title sooner! They are amazing... the best I've ever worked with. Kelley was extremely tentative and responded to my needs/emails right away... where as other companies take days to get back with you and treat you like a number. Fantastic service! Signature Title and Settlement Co. was referred by my real estate agent and I was extremely pleased with the professional and dedicated service I received from my closer, Kelley Blanchard. From the beginning, Kelley reached out to formally introduce herself and stayed in constant contact with me leading up to my closing date. She also negotiated a lowered cost to close with my lender which saved me money. Kelley is a true blessing and I'd gladly refer others to Signature Title.

Signature Title helped me close on my first home and I couldn't be happier.
