Very good services, everything is clearly laid out and explained beforehand, they'll make sure you understand every piece and part and labour you are paying for before you pay. Whenever possible, they'll tell you before they touch a single bolt on your vehicle! Extremely transparent business with warm attitudes. They've helped me in a pinch before and I'd rely on them to do so again. I hesitate to bring my car to anyone else, now.
This shop saved my trip across three provinces! 1900 km each way. I was grinding up the hill past Salmo when almost at the top I heard a snapping noise coming from the engine bay. Fortunately, there was a wide area to pull over. Just as I was almost stopped, the power steering died. Geez. I opened the hood to see that the serpentine belt had lost one of it's strips, which ripped open the hose line. I managed to get a ride back to town, about 30 km. THEY WERE SUPER AWESOME!!! My friends and I were adventure motorcycling and broke some stuff. They helped us get repaired and sorted and back onto the adventure trail real quick! Thank you.
Just brought my old Dodge and commuter car in for servicing, new tires, and the full works. The quality of work was top-shelf, and they even spotted some issues that most mechanics would have missed. From walking in to leaving with two perfectly running vehicles, I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Billy's for all your auto servicing needs - they're local, pleasant, well-priced, and trustworthy.
I am beyond grateful for the quality and service from the crew at Billy’s! I thought I had a dead batter but turned out it was the alternator! They ordered a a new one and when the wrong one arrived they personally drove to pick up the right part! They stayed late to get it fixed and even picked me up and drove me back to get my vehicle! So thankful because I need my car for work, so to have my car up and running again in such a short time was truly amazing! Thank you!
